I have put in some ground shadow. I will also later paint a slight ground-line behind the boots. |

Hello Kathryn:) I love these boots. So beautifully painted. Give Bruno a big hug! He deserves it:)xx
ReplyDeleteReally awesome, love these boots ! Do you work with very small brushes , on dry paper or wet ?
ReplyDeleteOh, I am loving this painting! The boots are worn but so wonderfully stately! And, yes, I completely understand how self confidence with Bruno and riding can translate into self confidence with your paints. Art is of the spirit and is so very internal.
ReplyDeleteThey are looking good!
ReplyDeleteI love paintings of boots! If my boots could talk they'd have a lot to tell you I can say!
ReplyDeleteThey are looking good - and I like the shadows - could almost be a muddy puddle :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing step-by-step photos, it is interesting to see the progress. The boots are beatifully painted!
ReplyDeleteLOVE these boots, Kathryn...Beautiful weather to take Bruno out for a ride!
ReplyDeleteAll the painting you've been doing is positively reflected in some beautiful work! Love the boots as a subject and the way you've painted them!
