I Don't Like to Toot My Own Horn, but If I Don't Nobody Will ...

I entered "I'm Free" in the latest Federation of Canadian Artists show, called "Works on Paper". I was very surprised and pleased to find out that it won 2nd place, and also sold.

I submitted "Steph's Hollyhocks" to the previous FCA show, and it sold as well.

Maybe things are looking up!!!

    There is no reason to be surprised - these are masterful! So toot away! I'm surprised the geese painting only got 2nd - you were jipped! And, by the way, did you notice that the geese are honking too? :) Congratulations!!

    Toot away Kathryn. I'm Free is a fantastic, fun picture - guaranteed to make anyone smile. So well deserved award and congratulations on selling it. Perhaps you should do another along those lines as it seems to be the favrourite of lots of people?
